On the occasion of the DUCO Travel Summit 2025, a prestigious event dedicated to the excellence of Italian hospitality, which took place in Milan March 24-28, Il Borro and Viesca Toscana formed an exclusive collaboration with Langosteria Cucina, creating an unforgettable dinner. This meeting represents an extraordinary opportunity to celebrate the synergy between two outstanding Tuscan realities, symbols of quality and tradition, united in culinary art and hospitality excellence.

The evening was a true sensory journey, thanks to the mastery of chefs Andrea Campani and Denis Pedron, who conceived and prepared a four-handed menu with the intention of fusing tradition and gastronomic innovation. Each dish proposed was a unique and refined interpretation of the authentic flavors of Tuscany, a gastronomic experience that was able to enhance the roots of the territory without ever renouncing creativity and modernity. Guests were taken on a culinary journey that was able to tell the story of a land rich in tradition, but at the same time capable of reinventing itself through innovation.
The dinner was attended by Salvatore and Vittoria Ferragamo, who shared with the guests the philosophy that guides the two Tuscan businesses: hospitality that is based on authenticity, love of the land and harmony between tradition and innovation.
The event provided an exclusive opportunity not only to pay homage to food and wine excellence, but also to highlight the importance of an approach to hospitality that, while innovating, preserves intact its essence and deep connection with the traditions of the area.
