A menu exclusively dedicated to exalting Tuscan excellence, special attention is given to the ingredients, which are always fresh and seasonal, such as the vegetables that come directly from the organic garden of Il Borro and the meats, cheeses and fish supplied by carefully selected local producers with whom ongoing collaborations have been established.

The Il Borro Tuscan Bistro format is also present in Florence on the Lungarno Acciaiuoli and in Dubai inside the luxurious Al Naseem Madinat Jumeirah Hotel. In July 2022, Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Elounda opens inside the Elounda Peninsula ALL SUITE HOTEL, owned by the Kokotos family.
